Call and ask if it’s opened 🙂

Price ranged from $8 onwards. I believe it’s better to look at the menu yourself and state the size or price you are ordering.

What we ordered were sweet and sour chicken, small plate from $8. Tender and easy to bite, highly recommended by my mum. We also had a HongKong style steamed sea bass which is higher in price, $20. And a side dish, sambal kang kong which is $8 too, overpriced in my opinion.

Though I didn’t get to try the pineapple rice, it seemed to me that it’s nice because the people around us ordered pineapple rice and finished it all. Oh yes, waiting time is around 10 minutes, just nice for my “window shopping tour”.

Our total cost: $42 after adding 3 drinks ($1.50 each), 3 rice (50cents each), no service charge.

Just an advice: Avoid going to the toilets at the basement, it’s very abandoned and badly maintained. Perhaps you can go to the other buildings.

Before I end this post, this complex has mainly Thai tenants selling supermart raw food, beer, handphones and etc… it’s rather different from Suntec, Vivocity… shopping centres. Experience it once in a while, feel different, haha..

BBQ Pork Ribs with Honey Sauce

Yummy!! The rice is so carefully wrapped that we didn’t realize there’s more rice hidden than seen. The fish with the mango sauce though we couldn’t really distinguish that there’s mango in it, we were quite satisfied by the overall taste. The BBQ pork ribs are quite tough for me to bite, I took a long time just to bite one piece while at the same time enjoying sucking the gravy. Drool~ I can’t remember what else we ordered. I only have 3 photos taken. Not very sure of the prices but they range from $8 to $16 for small size. Enough for the 3 of us or I should say we were not 100% full. Total is about $75 after gst and service charge. Thank you pH3 for celebrating my birthday on the actual day and bringing me to eat nice and yummy food. Note: this branch is super cold. Brrr~ snurled in my jacket throughout.

I tried Wrapped Fish in Egg with Chinese Mushroom Rice 蛋包鱼香菇饭 ($7.90).
Rice is nice!

Actually I wanted Almond tea but I can’t find… out of curiosity, I ordered yolk in almond drink 杏仁滚水蛋 (forgot is it $2.50). Strange taste but acceptable.

After trying the food here, I personally prefer Kim Gary than Wan Chai.

The fish is fresh and there’s lots of sesame seeds. I’ve seen many people patronizing the shop in the weekends. You may choose to sit inside where it’s air-conditioned or outside. Managed by a China lady. She’s quite diligent because she even served us despite having some workers. The soups are normal (requested her to boil again cos it’s not hot), the rice isn’t up to my standard, hmm I’m quite picky this time. May be I should try the steamboat next time, I heard people saying that it’s good.

Fish $8
Herbal soup with rice $3.50

Our bill: $15
